I have spent 25 years building and operating businesses across Southeast Asia. That work has taken me across industries — from logistics and distribution to technology platforms, manufacturing, brand development, and healthcare. Everything was bootstrapped. Most of it was early to market. None of it was straightforward.

What that experience gave me was a specific kind of knowledge — not the kind that comes from studying businesses, but from being inside them when the pressure is real and the decisions cannot wait. I learned what complexity actually looks like from the inside, and why good operators still get it wrong.

I now work directly with operators and leaders who are navigating that same territory. My coaching combines more than a decade of intensive facilitation with the operational depth of someone who has built and run real businesses in high-challenge environments. The focus is always the same: sharper decisions and disciplined execution in real time.

rrealpath is also a platform for thinking seriously about how businesses operate under pressure. Over time it will expand — more coaches, more perspectives, a broader conversation about what business leadership looks like across Southeast Asia. The goal is to surface expertise that already exists in this region and make it available to the generation of leaders who are ready to build differently.
